The invention refers to the food industry, in particular to a slightly alcoholic beverage. The beverage, according to the invention, contains to 1000 L of finished product: treated wine stock red or white dry or semidry 50...400 L, refinished apple juice 50...150 L, castor sugar or a substitute of sugar of noncarbohydrate origin 30...60 kg, apple or forest berry aromatizer 5...10 kg, potassium sorbate 0,2...1,0 kg, carbonic acid gas 0...4 kg and water the rest, up to the strength of 1,5...4,0% vol. The result consists in obtaining a stable beverage with a high content of biologically active substances and increased organoleptic indexes.
