PURPOSE: A tray moving assembly of a microwave oven is provided to improve cooking efficiency of food and to make the best use of space of a cooking chamber by moving a first tray to the right and the left and turning a second tray, and to cook food evenly by rotating the tray fast. CONSTITUTION: A tray moving assembly of a microwave oven is composed of a first tray(410) having a containing part recessed in the upper part and a recessed groove formed in the lower part and linearly reciprocating in the cooking chamber, a rotation supporting unit(600) stored in the containing part of the first tray and rotated in the containing part, a second tray(420) placed in the upper part of the rotation supporting unit and rotated in turning the rotation supporting unit, a driving motor(430) generating power to operate the first tray and the rotation supporting unit, and a motion converting unit axially combined with the driving motor to linearly reciprocate the first tray and to turn the rotation supporting unit.
