摘要 PURPOSE: A cleaning robot system for treating coal and a method thereof are provided to prevent the accident, and to reduce working hours by remote-controlling and operating the cleaning robot variously in unloading coal from the hatch of the coal transport ship. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning robot system comprises an operation unit manipulating operation of the cleaning robot system, an input controller(212) inputting command data according to manipulation of the operation unit, a crane unit(220) removing coal, a crane controller(222) controlling operation of the crane unit, an excavation unit(230) digging or cutting coal, an exaction controller(232) controlling operation of the excavation unit, a dozer unit(250) pushing and scooping coal, a dozer controller(252) controlling operation of the dozer unit, a sweeper unit(260) sweeping or sucking residual coal, a sweeper controller(262) controlling the sweeper unit, an upper turning unit(270) rotating the crane unit, the excavation unit and the sweeper unit, a lower travel unit(280) hinge-combined with the upper turning unit to move the cleaning robot system back and forth, and a main controller(290) transmitting control signals to the controllers and controlling the upper turning unit and the lower travel unit.
