PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring and controlling an organic light-emitting diode(OLED) display device for improved lifetime and an optical output are provided to increase the lifetime of the OLED display device by maintaining the uniformity of the output and color. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring and controlling an organic light-emitting diode(OLED) display device for improved lifetime and an optical output includes the steps of: determining(310) the time as a limit voltage; reading(312) the temperature of the OLED; determining(314) the axis of the time; measuring(316) the VISOURCE; reading +VOLED; calculating(320) the OLED lifetime and the optical output; storing(322) the calculated result; and controlling(324) the OLED driving to maximize the lifetime and the optical output.
