<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact perfecting machine capable of printing both surfaces, and a printing method of the perfecting machine. <P>SOLUTION: This perfecting machine has a vertically arranged and circularly traveling paper transfer belt for forming a first vertical plane, a photosensitive drum arranged so as to contact with the first vertical plane, a transfer roller arranged so as to contact with the reverse of the first vertical plane contacting with the photosensitive drum, and transferring a toner image on the photosensitive drum to paper supplied between the photosensitive drum and the paper transfer belt, and a reversing roller for reversing the advancing direction of the paper. The perfecting machine prints a first surface of the paper on the first vertical plane of the paper transfer belt, forms a supply passage for printing a second surface of the paper in an area opposed to an area having the first vertical plane of the paper transfer belt, and sucks and transfers the paper on the paper transfer belt in the supply passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
