<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral and efficient business strategy that combines the business of selling new cars, service business and rental business. <P>SOLUTION: Pieces of customer information stored in databases 100a-c and matching customer search conditions inputted to a business personal computer 2 are extracted. The pieces of customer information which are common among the different databases are integrated into one. Based on them, the pieces of customer information are classified as first pieces of customer information stored only in a new-car database 100a; second pieces of customer information stored only in a service database 100b; third pieces of customer information stored only in a rental database 100c; fourth pieces of customer information stored in the databases 100a, b; fifth pieces of customer information stored in the databases 100c, a; sixth pieces of customer information stored in the service databases 100b, c; and seventh pieces of customer information stored in all of the databases 100a-c.
