Cooling medium is supplied to water jackets (8) from a head cooling flow path (14) formed at the periphery of suction ports (12) and exhaust ports (13) of a cylinder head (3). A flow rate adjustment member (16) increases the amount of cooling medium that flows into the suction port side of the head cooling flow path rather than the exhaust port side.
