<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-operated rice polishing machine, which can be simply operated without a feeling of wrongness by, for example, selecting processing of unwashed rice. <P>SOLUTION: The coin-operated rice polishing machine is provided with a supply hopper for supplying grains, a rice polishing apparatus for polishing grains, a polished rice tank for storing polished rice, and means and the like for supplying and transporting grains to each of the above apparatuses. Furthermore, a processor for unwashed rice is arranged at the post-process of the rice polishing apparatus. Moreover, the coin-operated rice polishing machine is provided with a selection switch for processing unwashed rice with the unwashed rice processor. To select processing of washed rice with the selection switch, operation at each part of the machine is initiated by operating a switch for initiating operation. To select normal rice-polishing process (without processing unwashed rice), operation of each part of the machine is initiated by setting the degree of polishing, which setting is performed by pressing a button for selecting the degree of whiteness, and by operating the switch for initiating the operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
