<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the combustion properties and efficiency when different species of fuel are burnt. <P>SOLUTION: The combustion device comprises a bottomed cup-shaped air jetting part 9 provided with a plurality of air jetting holes 18 through which air is jetted out toward the center, a distributor 8 which is inserted from a part of the air jetting part 9 and jets fuel in the circumferential direction, and a cylindrical fuel passage 22 which extends in the ejecting direction of a flame 14 of an opening of the air jetting part 9. Due to this, the device forms the flames 14 appropriate for each of different species of fuel, such as city gas 6 and offgas which returns from a fuel cell power generator, promotes combustion when the fuel is throttled or when the individual species of the fuel are burnt in a low air ratio, and reduces a burning sound and shortens a flame length. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
