<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide data receiver and an information guiding device easily guiding a user in the right direction even if deviated from a target advancing direction. <P>SOLUTION: A guide data transmitter allows a voice data setting means to set voice data related to a guide. A modulation means changes a carrier wave according to the voice data. A light emitting means emits a modulated light. First, second and third photoelectric conversion means of the guide data receiver have different directivities, and the first photoelectric conversion means receives the light from the light emitting means of the guide data transmitter and converts it into electric signals. A demodulation means demodulates the voice data. A voice conversion means issues the voice. The voice data can be heard by receiving the light of the first photoelectric conversion means. If deviating to the left/right, the second or the third photoelectric conversion means receives the light, the information issuing means issues information of being deviated to the right or the left, and the voice conversion means notifies it to the user with the voice or tone.
