<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate having high sensitivity, a large solubility difference between an unexposed part and an exposed part and stable developing processing property. <P>SOLUTION: In the photosensitive planographic printing plate having a polymerizable photosensitive layer on a supporting body, the polymerizable photosensitive layer contains fine particles having 1 to 100 nm average particle size and expressed by general formula (1): P-[(Y)<SB>s</SB>-ä(U<SP>1</SP>)<SB>p</SB>-(U<SP>2</SP>-Z)<SB>t</SB>}]<SB>k</SB>.
