PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and thin noise absorber which can be applied to a small size electronic equipment such as digital cameras or cellular phones. SOLUTION: A first and a second case members 4, 5, respectively, have accommodation portions 40, 50, frames 41, 51, and latches 46, 56. Both sides of each of the accommodation portions 40, 50 are open. The frames 41, 51 enclose the accommodation portions 40, 50 and have projections 42, 43 and 52, 53, respectively, which protrude into the accommodation portions 40, 50. The latches 46, 56 connect the first and the second case members 4, 5 with each other. A first and a second magnetic bodies 2, 3 are placed in the accommodation portions 40, 50 of the first and the second case member 4, 5, respectively, so as not to protrude outside from the end faces of the frames 41, 51, and are held by the projections 42, 43 and 52, 53, respectively.
