PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized, light, and inexpensive electronic apparatus for vehicles. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a molded case which molded into an integrated body with connectors, which make a signal exchange between the outside and electronic components arranged inside and have insert- molded terminals, the electronic components to be electrically connected to the terminals, and a sheet metal case which forms a pair with the molded case and houses the electronic components. The molded case has an annular groove in the periphery of a surface which forms a pair with the molded case. The sheet metal case has a bent part, formed by cutting the peripheral brim of its opening surface, and bending there into an obtuse angle towards the outside of the case. The molded case and the sheet metal case are glued and fixed, by fitting the bent portion into the annular groove and filling it with an adhesive sealing material. |
