Ordinary strong white wine containing wine materials of grapes brands of Rkatsiteli (60-70 %), white Cocur, Aligote, green Sovignon (30-40 %). A method for producing ordinary strong white wine, which method involves reprocessing grapes with separation of crests, sulfitation of pulp on the basis of 75-100 mg/dm3 of sulphuric acid content, heating the pulp, isolation of self-flowing must and pressing, fermentation at the temperature of 25 DEGREE C to the content of alcohol of not less than 4.2 % of volume, alcoholization, clarification, taking off the yeast, blending, correcting and processing wine materials with heat to bring the wine to the port type at the temperature of 50-55 DEGREE C and ageing for 10 days, leading finished wine materials for saving or bottling, at that reprocessing is performed with separation of grapes of brands Rkatsiteli, white Cocur, Aligote, green Sovignon with mass concentration of sugars of not less than 180 g/dm, at that the pure yeast culture is added into the infused sulfited pulp of the grapes brand of Rkatsiteli brand with a serial mixing, isolation of the must and alcoholization, and the pulp of grapes of white Cocur, Aligote and green Sovignon is heated with serial cooling and separation of the must, fermentation, alcoholized, clarified and blended with wine materials of grapes of Rkatsiteli brand.
