PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material excellent in storage stability and its package, with respect to a heat developable photosensitive material excellent in storage stability and its package. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material has an image forming layer comprising at least one photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent, a binder and non-photosensitive organic silver salt crystals on one surface of a support, wherein an interlayer distance of the non-photosensitive organic silver salt crystal is 59-64Å.
