PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noise from a plurality of fan motors without disposing a noise eliminating circuit for each fan motor driving circuit. SOLUTION: This system comprises: a plurality of blowing fans that are disposed in a cabin and send air toward an occupant; the plurality of fan motors 13a, 14a and 22a that are disposed in the plurality of blowing fans and drive the plurality of blowing fans; a plurality of driving circuits 13b, 14b and 22b that are disposed in the plurality of blowing fans and drive the plurality of fan motors 13a, 14a and 22a, respectively; and a controller 30 for transmitting a control signal to the plurality of driving circuits 13b, 14b and 22b. In this system, one of the plurality of driving circuits 13b, 14b and 22b is provided with noise eliminating circuits 22c and 30a for eliminating noise from the plurality of fan motors 13a, 14a and 22a.
