<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC mounded medium reader receiver for highly precisely decoding data at a low cost by frequency shift keying(FSK) using a near frequency. <P>SOLUTION: This IC mounded medium reader receiver 1 which receives a signal from an IC mounded medium using an FSK communication system is provided with one band-pass filter 3 which makes two different carrier frequency bands to be used in the FSK communication system pass in a batch, a first notch filter 4 which interrupts one carrier frequency band in the two different carrier frequencies passing through the band-pass filter, a second notch filter 5 which interrupts the other carrier frequency band and a data demodulating means 8 which demodulates digital data from signals with the two different carrier frequency passing through the first notch filter 4 and the second notch filter 5.
