摘要

A method for sequencing DNA includes binding each of a plurality of DNA fragments to a respective microparticle to prepare a plurality microparticle composites. DNA fragments bound to different microparticles differing in length by at least one base. The microparticle composites are subjected to electrophoresis. The separated microparticle composites are detected to obtain electrophoresis data. The sequence of the DNA fragments is determined from the electrophoresis data.
