<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a storage efficiency by stably inserting a semiconductor device from a conveyance head onto a carrier tape and making a structure easy to correct or replace a defective article if it occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device storage apparatus is structured to improve the storage efficiency wherein the semiconductor device is surely stored by reducing pressure in a carrier tape storage, after the semiconductor device is inserted into the carrier tape storage, its appearance and storage posture are inspected on the spot without moving a carrier tape, and correction or replacement is quickly done even if a failure in inspection occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
