<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give antiforgery and designing effect to a scratch-hiding part by a method wherein ink, the ink pigment of which is made of an optical variable material, is employed as the scratch ink of the scratch hiding layer part. SOLUTION: To give optical variability to a scratch hiding layer part 2, optical variable ink, in which optical variable flakes are dispersed by employing a rubber-based resin as binder, is applied into layer so as to form the scratch hiding layer part 2. In order to protect the scratch hiding layer part or the like from taking scratch or the like, an overcoating varnish layer 1 is applied over the whole surface of the scratch hiding layer part. By providing the scratch hiding layer part 2 having optical variability, the color of a sheet changes due to the change of an optical angle, resulting in facilitating the visual judgement of true or false of a scratch sheet. Further, since the normal manufacturing of the optical variable ink is difficult, the forgery of the scratch sheet becomes impossible.</p> |
