PURPOSE: A portable terminal comprising a rotative LCD is provided to rotatively install an LCD window on a terminal body where a camera is installed, thereby easily using the terminal as a digital camera as well as a video conference, consequently a multifunctional property of the terminal can be realized. CONSTITUTION: A terminal body(10) forms an LCD receiver(12) so as to pierce through a rear side from a front side. A camera module(30) is installed on the front side of the terminal body(10). An LCD window is rotatively installed in the LCD receiver(12) to expose a screen toward the front side or the rear side of the terminal body(10). Hinge grooves(12a) are formed on both sides of the LCD receiver(12), while hinge projections(21a) are disposed on both sides of the opposing camera module(30).
