PURPOSE: A track structure of a vertical handler is provided to test the performance of a device by transferring the device forward or backward at one handler. CONSTITUTION: A track structure of a vertical handler includes a lower rail(9) and a cover(10). A device mount surface(9a) is formed on the lower rail. An upward protrusion(9b) and a containing space(9c), having leads(11a) at both ends of the device mount surface, are formed on the lower rail. Another mount surface(10a), coupled with one side of a device, is formed on the cover implemented on one side of the lower rail. A downward protrusion(10b) and the other containing space(10c), having leads at both ends of the mount surface, are formed on the cover. The lower rail and the cover are arranged to face each other.
