PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecter to be easily inserted/pulled out with small force, and a band and a watch equipped with the same. SOLUTION: An elastic member 33 is stored inside a cylindrical member 31, and an engagement part 332 is mounted to be retractable to the cylindrical member 31 with the elasticity of the elastic member 33. When a connection pin 3 is inserted into a perforation hole 23 of a piece 2, the engagement part 332 is pressed inward in the radial direction of the cylindrical member 31 and moved to a position corresponding to a large diameter part 231. At the time, the engagement part 332 is made to project outward in the radial direction of the cylindrical member 31 with the elasticity of a spring part 331 to be engaged with the large diameter part 231. Since the engagement part 332 is retractable to the cylindrical member 31, the connection pin 3 can be easily inserted/pulled out of the perforation hole 23 without being engaged with excessive force.
