<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a section for sending time information, i.e. the controller of a time-setting system utilizing a power line which scarcely consumes power. <P>SOLUTION: This switchboard 1 (the controller of the time-setting system) is wired with an outside line 7 for receiving power supply and is constituted so as to hold a power supply power line 3.
