<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively grasp the introduction effect of a knowledge management system. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for evaluating the introduction of the knowledge management system (system) comprises means 12 and 14 for acquiring information for retrievals performed to files before and after the introduction of the system; a means 24 for acquiring operation information performed up to acquisition of a reference file from a retrieval keyword before and after the introduction of the system, and a means 28 for acquiring information for update frequency of files before and after the introduction of the system. The device further comprises a means 26 for evaluating the degree of retrieval efficiency that is a reduction rate of the number of operations from the input of the retrieval keyword to the acquisition of the reference file after the introduction of the system from the number of operations from the input of the retrieval keyword to the acquisition of the reference file; a means 16 for evaluating the degree of enhancement that is an index showing the degree of improvement in retrieval performance, and a means 30 for evaluating the degree of freshness improvement that is an index showing the degree of improvement in freshness of the files. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
