<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by eliminating a human error. <P>SOLUTION: A railroad maintaining operation support server 2 is communicable to a timetable display device 5 having an input device for setting an operating time period, a CTC central device 7 managing a control command to each railroad signal, and a mobile terminal 11 having a display function. When receiving the command from the timetable display device 5, the server 2 checks a station operation lever operated by the CTC central device 7 and a station device 8 in a protective section of an operation plan, a release operation lever operated by the station device 8, and a stop aspect lever and a railroad closing lever operated by the CTC central device 7, and transmits the command for eliminating the control command for the railroad closing lever from any other means to the CTC central device 7 after checking. Afterwards, the server 2 transmits an HTML file for showing completion of setting of the operating time period to the mobile terminal 11, and the mobile terminal 11 make a display according to the HTML file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
