摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel sheet having excellent fatigue characteristics and workability and low surface contact electric resistance. SOLUTION: The stainless steel sheet has a chemical composition which contains, by mass, 15.0 to 20.0% Cr and≥3.0% Cu, wherein component adjustment is done so that the value of Md30 defined by equation Md30=551-462(C+N)-9.2Si-8.1Mn-29(Ni+Cu)-13.7Cr-18.5Mo becomes -50 to -20. Moreover, the steel sheet has a metallic structure in which 50 to 80 vol.% of strain induced martensite phase is contained and Cu-enriched phase is dispersed at a rate of≥0.1 vol.% through the matrix of the martensite phase.
