PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common transition material capable of enhancing reliability of a liquid crystal panel, to provide the liquid crystal panel using the same and to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The common transition material used for a common transition electrode provided between electrodes formed adjacently on respective inner sides of a pair of substrates opposed to each other contains a resin composition to be cured by light and heat and conductive particles and a non-conductive filler content is≤10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. resin composition to be cured by light and heat.
