PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressure increase caused by overheating of a refrigerant during residual heat exclusion operation after a combustion stop, and to prevent the development of a problem in durability caused by a liquid compression state by carrying of the refrigerant supercooled by a compressor. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, when delay-operating the compressor and a combustion air supply blower for a certain time as the residual heat exclusion operation after stopping operation, the delay operation is stopped when a detection temperature of a vaporization part temperature detection sensor becomes a compressor stop determination temperature or below after a detection temperature of a heater refrigerant temperature detection sensor becomes a compressor stoppable temperature after the operation stop. In the air conditioner, the delay operation of the compressor is continued until the compressor stop determination temperature when the detection temperature of the vaporization part temperature detection sensor is higher than the compression stop determination temperature, and the combusting air supply blower is stopped when the detection temperature of the vaporization part temperature detection sensor becomes a prescribed temperature.
