PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging instrument for shortening a time required for a whole photographing processing in the case of vascular disorder by supporting the work of an operator in a perfusion photographing processing. SOLUTION: A sagittal cross section is positioned, photographed, and displayed in GUI (step 301). A diffusion emphasis photographing cross section is designated (step 302), and diffusion emphasis photographing is displayed in a display means (step 303). When the operator marks a slice image to be an object in the GUI, a control part recognizes the photographing position of the image (candidate slice), and successively perform storage (step 400). The candidate slice is presented to the operator, diffused to the number of permission slices in the perfusion photographing as necessary, corrected and determined after the confirmation of the operator. The value is automatically set at the multi-slice position of the perfusion photographing by the determination processing (step 401).
