PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicular internal combustion engine capable of increasing the output of the internal combustion engine sufficiently as required when a vehicle is started from an idle state. SOLUTION: Since the control device includes an idling start control means 82 (S2 to S9) to determine the output increase of an engine 12 based on the vehicle speed v from the predetermined relationship, the vehicle speed v never gets too high even when the vehicle makes a turn immediately after the vehicle is started, and startability and traveling property in an idling start state can be compatibly performed. In other words, the control device of the vehicular internal combustion engine capable of increasing the output of the engine 12 sufficiently as required from the idling start state can be provided.
