PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict an inward falling of a suspension housing by a relative simple configuration when a pushing-up load is inputted at a rear chassis structure of a vehicle in which the suspension housing is connected to a compartment side of the compartment wall panel at the rear part of the chassis. SOLUTION: There is provided a rear chassis structure of a vehicle in which a suspension housing 20 is connected to a compartment side of the compartment wall panel 10 at the rear part of the chassis. A part of a circumferential edge of the suspension housing is formed with flange portions Fm, Fr, Fu having a vehicle width directional component and protruding from the circumferential edge of the suspension housing toward outside the compartment. In addition, a part to which the flange part of the side wall panel is provided with bulging-out portions 11, 12 bulged out of the compartment, thereby the expanding flange connecting surfaces 11c, 12c having the vehicle width directional component are formed.
