<p>Bis-(chloroalkyl)amino-butyrophenone antitumour derivs. Title cpds. of formula (where R = H, methyl, methoxy, halo; n = 2 or 3) are prepared by chlorinating the corresponding bis(hydroxyalkyl) amino-butyrophenone pref. with SO2Cl2 or POCl3 in a solvent at 40-45 degrees C. The cpds. have anti-neoplastic activity are CNS active and show analgesic activity.</p> |
