PURPOSE: A differential system is provided to improve durability of a ring gear, to reduce noise of the gear, and to facilitate assembly and dismantlement of a differential case and the ring gear. CONSTITUTION: A differential system is composed of a differential case(70) for rotating by receiving power of a transmission; a pinion gear(80) combined rotatively with a pinion shaft(90) penetrating vertically the differential case; a side gear(100) engaged with the pinion gear across and spline-combined with left and right drive shafts(92); and a ring gear(60) spline-combined on the outer peripheral surface of the differential case engaged with an output shaft of the transmission to rotate together with the output shaft. A flange unit(72) is formed along the outer periphery of the differential case. A placing unit(62) is stepped and settled on the flange unit in the inner periphery of the ring gear. Splines are formed on the flange unit and the placing unit. |
