摘要

An air conditioner, wherein an openable front panel (4) is installed at the front of an air conditioner body (1). When the operation of the body (1) is stopped, the lower end of the front panel (4) is positioned on the lower side of the upper end (5a) of an air outlet port (5b), and when the body (1) is operated, the front panel (4) is moved in the forward upper direction and the lower end (4a) of the front panel (4) is positioned on the upper side of the upper end (5a) of the air outlet port (5b), whereby eliminating the need of an air intake opening part in the front panel. In addition, since the air conditioner is so formed that cool air does not touch the front panel, the appearance thereof can be improved and dewing at the front panel can be reduced.
