<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales support method capable of efficiently supporting sales while grasping the action of a user, and to provide a sales support program, a base terminal and a printing processing program. <P>SOLUTION: At first, a user registers user information by using a multi-function terminal 11 set in a convenience store 10. A management computer 21 which has received the user information specifies a route to a destination, and specifies the convenience store 10 on the route based on the user information. Furthermore, the management computer 21 selects a coupon to be provided to the user. Then, the management computer 21 transmits the print instruction of a navigation sheet including a user identifier, a map file associated with a movement route and coupon information or the like to the multifunction terminal 11.
