PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designing method of a tire mold capable of uniforming the contact pressure of the tire bead of a tire with a standard rim on which the molded tire is mounted, the tire mold and a tire manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the tire mold 30 for molding the tire 10, a tire bead molding part 31 for molding the tire bead 19 of the tire 10 has a straight line part M in the cross section of the meridian surface of the tire bead molding part 31 and the straight line part M is formed on a straight line L6 wherein the angleβformed with respect to a straight line L4 from a crossing point P1 becomesβ=α±2°with respect to the angleαformed by straight lines L1 and L5 and is the straight line going toward the crossing point P1 side from a point B2 where the distance from the crossing point P1 on the straight line L6 is same to the distance from a point B1 to a crossing point P2.
