PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust apparatus which can realize excellent layout and which can effectively reduce radiation noise while suppressing the cost. SOLUTION: The exhaust apparatus includes a tube member 1 to emit the exhaust gas generated in an engine or a compressor into the atmosphere, a muffler 5 connected to the tube member 1, and an exhaust chamber 10 to attenuate the radiation noise resulting from pulsation of the exhaust gas. In the exhaust apparatus, the exhaust chamber 10 is provided with an inner cylinder 11 which attenuates the frequency level of the high frequency component by the pulsation of the exhaust gas, and an outer cylinder 12 which attenuates the frequency level of a frequency component lower than the inner cylinder 11, the outer cylinder 12 containing the inner cylinder 11 therein.
