PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a person fit by walking, expecting the diet effect. SOLUTION: The walking shoe is structured so that the area of urethane to be stuck to the shoe is slightly wider than that of a sole. Accordingly, the shoe allows a user to make motions lightly to some extent in walking a public road, and endures a long walk. In addition, the stability and lightness can be also provided.
