摘要 PURPOSE: An indoor noise reducing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce indoor noise efficiently within the various frequency bands by using the Helmholtz resonator without exterior damage and embedding the container in a cavity between the roof panel and the head lining. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical or polyhedral container(2) is formed in a resonator to reduce indoor noise in a vehicle, and the width of the container of the resonator is larger than the height of the container. A neck(3) is formed in the lower part of the container of the resonator, and the container is installed between a roof panel(4) and a head lining(6). Plural necks are embedded in a cavity formed between the roof panel and the head lining, and exposed indoors. The lower part of the container is contacted to the head lining to reduce noise by oscillating the resonator in flowing noise indoors. Noise within various frequency bands is reduced by varying the volume of the container, the sectional area of the neck and the length of the neck.
