<p>The feed system for delivering a fluid under pressure, e.g. oxygen, from two separate sources (2, 3) consists of an expander with high- and low-pressure stages, connected to a user circuit (1), and an automatic switchable connector (4) between the sources and the expander, designed to switch to a fresh supply source when an old one runs out. The switchable connector is located in the high-pressure stage, with the expander sitiuated on its output side; it comprises a body with a central cavity containing a tubular slide valve with two balancing springs.</p> |
