PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semisolid-food extrusion device having a simple structure, with which an extrusion table can be locked at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: This semisolid-food extrusion device has the following structure: the extrusion table 30 can be locked with a first engaging member 41 set at a device body 10 and a second engaging member 42 set at the extrusion table 30 so as to lock the extrusion table 30 in a simple structure and reduce the number of attachments to lower costs and improve productivity thereof. In the device, the extrusion table 30 can be unlocked by operating an operation lever 43 to facilitate unlocking operation of the extrusion table 30 to improve operability.
