PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the component costs of an antenna device mounted on a roof or the like of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An antenna device 10 includes a case 12 for housing antenna elements and a substrate with a processing circuit mounted thereon, and a seal 14 for closing an opening of the case. The seal 14 includes a flexible seal member 22 for securing a seal property and a plate-like core member 20 for imparting rigidity to the whole. The substrate is fixed on a pedestal 16, and the pedestal 16 comprises a car body coupling boss 30 equipped with a boss 28 for mounting the substrate and a screw for fixing the antenna device 10 on a car body. The pedestal 16 is an aluminum die-cast component but it is miniaturized, thereby suppressing costs. Further, the core member 20 is made into a press molded article to be produced at low cost.
