PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high Q-value inductance element which commonly uses a part of coil configuration to economically share a manufacturing facility, a process, and a material, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A helical coil is formed by providing two lines of a plurality of lateral conductors 1a to 1q, upper face conductors 38 to 40, and lower face conductors 41 to 46, in each row. A bottom and/or a top of a plurality of lateral conductors 1a to 1q ajacent in a winding direction of one side or both sides of coil are connected by conductors 36 and 37 formed by patterning. Alternatively, the top (the bottom) of a part of the lateral conductor of either side out of the lateral conductors 1a to 1q is connected to the top (the bottom) of a plurality of lateral conductors ajacent opposedly in parallel through the upper face conductors (the lower face conductors).
