FUEL CELL SAFETY SYSTEM AND PORTABLE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell safety system which a fuel tank cannot be removed from a portable apparatus unless the fuel inside the tank is exhausted, and to provide the portable apparatus equipped with the fuel cell safety system.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell safety system is equipped with a locking means 109 locking a fuel tank 12 in the specified position of the portable apparatus; a fuel cell detecting means 12B detecting the presence or absence of the fuel inside the fuel tank 12; and a lock opening and closing means 110 which holds a fuel cell locking means 109 in a locked state when the fuel detecting means 12B detects remaining of the fuel inside the fuel tank 12 and unlocks the fuel cell locking means 109 when the fuel detecting means 12B detects the fact that the fuel is exhausted. The portable apparatus is equipped with the fuel safety system.
