FIELD: processes of soldering and cold welding, possibly methods for joining metallic parts, particularly manufacture of jewelry articles of noble metals or printed circuit boards in radio electronics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing intermediate metal onto surfaces of parts in zones of joining them; using as intermediate easy-to-evaporate metal causing softening of metal of joined surfaces; then holding parts in such state for time period sufficient for softening metal of parts in zones of joining them; heating parts for complete evaporation of intermediate metal; cooling parts until 20°C. ^ EFFECT: simplified process and equipment, reduced labor consumption for realizing process. ^ 2 ex |
