PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IPv6/IPv4 packet converter which controls the packet size for executing the packet conversion between an IPv4 network and an IPv6 network, based on the TCP. SOLUTION: The IPv6/IPv4 packet conversion system uses an IPv6/IPv4 translator connected between an IPv4 network and an IPv6 network for converting packets based on the IPv6 and the IPv4.
