PURPOSE: A business model for online contents circulation linked with the offline is provided to enable customers to use the contents freely and easily by converting the online contents into offline media and circulating the offline media. CONSTITUTION: An offline circulating shop downloads sources of the online contents ordered from the customer, forms the downloaded sources into the offline media such as the CD-RW(Rewritable), DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)-RW, and books, and sells the offline media to the customer. A service is realized by operating a contents syndicate and related solutions, and developing a franchise business.
