EFFLUENT LEVEL REGULATING DEVICE OF A DRAINAGE AREA FOR DECREASING WATER SHOCK BY SUPPLYING THE WATER AT THE CONSTANT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

PURPOSE: An effluent level regulating device of a drainage area is provided to reduce the leakage of water by decreasing hydraulic pressure and to prevent a pipe from breaking down by lowering control pressure. CONSTITUTION: An effluent level regulating device of a drainage area(1) controls the level of the effluent for each daytime and the night time, respectively, instead of controlling the supply amount of the drainage area by the level of water. The effluent level regulating device controls the water level of a discharge part(6) according to the hydraulic pressure of a water supply area regardless of the water level of the drainage area by installing a partition(5) in front of the discharge part in the drainage area. A wall body for the partition is installed to cut off the flow of the water between the drainage area and the discharge part. A valve(10) is disposed at the wall body to function as a passage through which the water of the drainage area flows to the discharge part and automatically opened and closed by a valve open-and-close control unit(12). A water gauge(9) measures the water level of the discharge part and the measured water level is transmitted to a control PC(Personal Computer,14). The control PC decides the proper opening degree of the valve by a program and issues an order to the valve open-and-close control unit.
