PURPOSE: A palm mattress containing charcoal is provided to improve health of a user by providing proper elasticity and good durability, preventing inhabitation of vermin with high air-permeability, controlling humidity and temperature efficiently, deodorizing a mattress, and emitting far-infrared rays and anions. CONSTITUTION: The palm mattress containing charcoal includes a cushion member and a cover sheet for covering the outside of the cushion member. The cushion member is made by compacting a palm fiber in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness. The cushion member has a lamination structure consisting of an upper plate(11), a middle plate(13) and an lower plate(12). The middle plate(13) has many space portions(300) for containing a hardwood charcoal pack(30) in the inner part.
